The Pana Payment Link service (hereinafter, the "Service") is provided by Pana (hereinafter, "Pana") through integrations with payment processing and acquiring providers (hereinafter, "Payment Providers"), enabling third parties to make payments via credit or debit card.
Pana acts as the technology platform responsible for generating payment links and managing the payment experience. The acceptance, authorization, and processing of payments may depend on third-party Payment Providers.
Use of the Service implies full, express, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as Pana's General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in force at the time of operation.
If the User does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from using the Service.
Pana may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication through official channels or upon availability within the platform.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Pana User: any individual or legal entity registered on the Pana platform that generates and shares a Payment Link.
Payer / Payment Link User: the person who receives the Payment Link and completes a payment through it.
Payment Link: a web link generated by Pana that allows the Payer to make a card payment to the Pana User.
Payment: a transaction carried out via credit or debit card through a Payment Link.
Settlement: the transfer of funds to the Pana User, subject to validations, confirmations, and/or payment system processes.
The Service allows freelancers, entrepreneurs, and Pana Users to collect payments for products or services via credit or debit card from anywhere in the world, through a configurable web link.
When creating a Payment Link, the Pana User may configure the payment conditions according to the features enabled on the platform, including:
